Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Agency Glance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including agencies, clients, and visitors.

Description of Service

Agency Glance is a client dashboard platform designed for SEO agencies to:

• Display SEO metrics and analytics to clients
• Track rankings, traffic, and campaign performance
• Manage client requests and communications
• Generate automated reports
• Integrate with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, and My Business

Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Agency Glance. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

Acceptable Use

You May

• Use the Service for legitimate SEO agency purposes
• Add and manage your clients
• Connect your authorized Google accounts
• Export your data at any time
• Share dashboard access with your clients

You May Not

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Submit false or misleading information

Subscription and Payment

Plans and Billing

Agency Glance offers multiple subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your plan
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Free Trial

New users may receive a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial:

• You will be charged unless you cancel
• Cancel anytime during the trial for no charge
• One free trial per customer

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact hello@agencyglance.com to request a refund. Refunds are not available for partial months or after 14 days.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:

• No cancellation fees
• You retain access until the end of your billing period
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
• Export your data before canceling if needed

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails or is declined
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law
• We discontinue the Service (with 30 days notice)

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Agency Glance and all related materials (software, designs, logos, content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our materials without permission
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our trademarks without authorization

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Display your data in dashboards and reports
• Create aggregated, anonymized analytics (no personal data)

Third-Party Services

Agency Glance integrates with third-party services (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). You are responsible for:

• Complying with third-party terms of service
• Maintaining valid authorization for connected accounts
• Understanding that we are not responsible for third-party service issues

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• Service interruptions due to third-party failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Internet or network connectivity issues

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of data
• That the Service will be error-free

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

This limitation applies to claims based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your data or content

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@agencyglance.com to resolve the issue informally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Agency Glance is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must cancel your account.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agency Glance.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights to any affiliate or successor.
